Goal

Support the FIFA UX/UI Competence Centre by improving the accessibility and usability of FIFA’s 21 digital products as well as maintaining design standards to ensure a consistent user experience across all platforms.

Solution

The solution involved a comprehensive accessibility review of all FIFAs design system, accompanied by design recommendations to uphold UX/UI standards and improve user experience.

We collaborated with FIFA as part of the UX team at the competence center, focusing on assessing the accessibility of FIFA’s 21 digital products as well as improving the usability for all users while maintaining a high design standard across platforms.

To achieve this, conducted interviews with product owners, UX designers, and project managers to gather insights into their current design practices and challenges. This collaborative approach allowed us to assess existing designs critically and provide tailored recommendations.

We helped update FIFA’s design system to ensure consistency across all products and incorporated best practices for accessibility, aligning with international standards. The insights gained from user interviews and product assessments informed our recommendations, helping to create a more inclusive user experience.

We helped update FIFA’s commitment to accessibility as well as update their design system, ensuring that design standards were consistently met across all products. Ultimately, the real success lies in creating a more inclusive environment where every user can navigate FIFA’s digital products with ease.
