Goal

Solution

The solution included a complete website redesign that improved user experience and accessibility, making vital resources easily discoverable. Data-driven insights from Google Analytics and card sorting informed the site’s structure, enhancing engagement and supporting WWP’s mission.

We collaborated with the European Network for the Work with Perpetrators of Domestic Violence (WWP) to redesign their website, aligning our efforts with a shared passion for gender equality. Our primary goal was to enhance user experience and accessibility, ensuring that crucial resources were easy to navigate.

To achieve this, we conducted a Website Visibility Report and set up Google Analytics to gather insights on user behavior. We facilitated UX Card Sorting sessions, a research method where users organize content into categories, helping us refine the site’s structure to better match their expectations. Additionally, we performed a heuristic evaluation to identify usability issues.

Using the insights gained, we designed a visually compelling interface in Figma based on a Bootstrap template, ensuring a responsive layout across devices.

The project not only improved the website’s design and functionality but also saved us a significant amount of time and resources in the process. The real win, however, was for the users—navigating the site became a breeze, allowing them to access vital resources quickly and efficiently.
